Counseling has been truly life changing. I will forever be grateful for Liz who guided me through my initial diagnosis, for Nicole who has provided me with so many tools and empowered me to further my healing process, and for Bryan for providing LENS Neurofeedback and guidance on my overall health. I began on medication to ease the symptoms of my diagnosis and thanks to Serenity and all of these individuals, I have also been able to wean off medication and approach life via holistic means. While it is challenging I truly feel empowered to approach my daily life with confidence and joy and as I said I am forever grateful!

In all of my work history I have never worked in such a positive environment as I do here. I am very fortunate to have found my place at Serenity Wellness! My director, Nicole Bankhead, is an incredible mentor who consistently provides guidance and support, helping me grow both professionally and personally. I truly admire her skills and expertise as a therapist and as a leader. Likewise, the Therapist, Admin team, Lens Technician and Nurse Practitioner here are all wonderful-compassionate, skilled and genuine people who truly care about their clients and each other. The atmosphere in the office is welcoming, friendly, and free of toxicity. It truly feels like a team where everyone works together and lifts each other up. I'm grateful to be a part of such an amazing work place!

I love Serenity Wellness Counseling Center! The service is absolutely wonderful and they all make me feel so comfortable and welcomed every time. I love the new office space! The admin teams helped me find the best therapist and I couldn't be happier with Jonathan who shares my faith and really hears me. He has helped me look at things differently and now my eyes are opened. The price of therapy is well worth it, especially knowing that I am finally taking care of myself. I would also recommend Neurofeedback with Bryan. He's so knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything so that I had a much better understanding of the process and how I’m healing. Bryan also has helped me with a better understanding of my diet and what I'm putting into my body and what it can do to me. My husband and I both work with Stephanie Romero. (We also got two friends to start therapy with her). Only work with Stephanie if you’re really ready for things to change. This is not a therapist who will let you rant and wallow. She is compassionate but will challenge you and also offer new ways to approach any situation. I also appreciate that while she’s very personable and authentic she doesn’t offer biased opinions on my life or tell me what she thinks I should do.
