About the Serenity Reset Webinar Series

The Serenity Reset Webinar Series is a free, educational offering created by Serenity Wellness & Counseling Center to support individuals who feel overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or disconnected.

Many people experience stress and emotional exhaustion without realizing how deeply the nervous system and body are involved. These webinars focus on the connection between mind and body, helping participants understand how stress, trauma, health, and life experiences can shape emotional and physical wellbeing.

Each session offers thoughtful education, reflection, and gentle practices designed to increase awareness and support reconnection — without pressure or expectation. Webinars may also include time for optional questions. Participation is never required, and listening quietly is always welcome.

This series is meant to feel supportive, accessible, and human.

Why You Keep Repeating the Same Patterns — Even When You’re Aware of Them

Why the Body Must Be Part of Healing

In this episode of the Serenity Reset Webinar Series, we explore an important question: Why does insight alone sometimes fail to create real change?

This conversation brings together perspectives from trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, nervous system regulation, and transformational coaching to explore why healing often requires more than intellectual understanding.

Why you don't feel like yourself — and How to Reconnect

In this free Serenity Reset webinar, licensed therapist Nicole Bankhead, neurofeedback & functional health specialist Bryan Bankhead, and transformational coach Justin Haines explore the mind–body reasons behind emotional disconnection — and how to gently reconnect without pressure or self-blame.

Why We Created This Series

Supportive group holding hands in a circle during a trauma-informed wellness session focused on stress and nervous system healing.

At Serenity Wellness & Counseling Center, we see how many people carry stress, anxiety, and emotional pain quietly — often believing they should be able to “handle it” on their own. Many clients arrive feeling confused about their symptoms, disconnected from themselves, or unsure where to begin.

We created the Serenity Reset Webinar Series to offer accessible, compassionate education that helps people better understand what their minds and bodies are experiencing. Our intention is not to fix or diagnose, but to normalize these experiences, reduce shame, and provide tools for awareness and reconnection.

This series reflects our belief that healing begins with understanding — and that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, informed, and supported. By offering these conversations freely, we hope to create a gentle entry point into mind–body healing for our community.
